Applications are invited for a postdoctoral research position in the Reprogramming and Chromatin Group headed by Dr Petra Hajkova at the Clinical Sciences Centre (CSC) in Imperial College London. We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate scientist experienced in the field of mass spectrometry to join our efforts to elucidate molecular mechanisms implicated in the dynamic changes in nucleic acid modifications observed in early mouse embryo, developing germ line and pluripotent stem cells. Our group operates our own QQQ LC/MS instrument (Agilent 6490) and focuses on cutting edge, ultra-sensitive detection of DNA and RNA modifications in minute biological samples (see Amouroux et al, Nat Cell Biol, 2016) .For informal enquiries please contact Dr Petra Hajkova (petra.hajkova@csc.mrc.ac.uk).
